Forbes Technosys Ltd has a data processing center in delhi and other metros in India with head office in mumbai. they provide electronic cheque clearing and processing services to all the banks as per RBI guidelines. internal audit was completed adn ther company has identified 4 internal audit findings which will be closed in a weeks time. this prepares the company further for the pre-assessmetn audit and final certifiatino audit due in next 10 days.
