Sterling International Consulting FZE commences ISO 9001:2008 Consulting Project with Fiber Plus LLC, Dubai- U.A.E.
5 July 2012, U.A.E: Fiber Plus LLC has joined hands with Sterling International Consulting FZE to initiate the Fiber ISO 9001:9008 Consulting Project for their operations in Dubai.
In order to further advance in their mission for superior Quality and highest customer satisfaction (both internal and external), and successfully manage various stakeholders, Fiber Plus LLC has approached Sterling International FZE an offshoot of the parent company Lakshy Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. which is one of the largest Management Consulting organization in the field of Quality, EMS, OHSAS, 17025, ISO18001, SA 8000, ISO 27000, ISO22000 across the world with a long and reputed clientele across the vertical.
Sterling International Consulting FZE works on a simple philosophy of continual improvement for streamlining business processes through the various stages of PDCA cycle makes the respective processes and SBUs maximize their ROIs, convert them to a Profit center, reduce bottlenecks and helps the company to become knowledge and system driven instead of people driven.
The overall process will start with awareness training across the organization, followed by a Gap analysis then documentation and implementation further followed by Internal Audit and Pre-assessment Audit till the Final Certification is carried on.
